Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
• Processing time refers to order preparation and dispatch and does not include shipping transit time.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, inventory shortages, or operational disruptions, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking information where available.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by independent third-party shipping carriers.
We do not control carrier operations and cannot guarantee carrier performance.
Carrier tracking records and delivery confirmations may be used when resolving delivery-related claims.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:

• Apartment or unit number (if applicable)

• Postal code
• Country
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, misdelivered, returned, or destroyed by the carrier.
Orders affected by incorrect customer-provided information may not be eligible for a refund.
Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.

Proof of Delivery
If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided:
• The order is considered delivered and fulfilled.
• Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Carrier confirmation may include delivery scans, GPS data, photographic evidence, signature confirmation, or other verification methods.
Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, customers must contact us so we can initiate an investigation where appropriate.
• Investigations may take several business days or longer.
• Customers may be required to cooperate with the investigation process and provide relevant information.
Failure to cooperate may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.
A shipment will generally not be considered lost until sufficient time has passed for the carrier investigation to be completed.

The order may not be eligible for a refund.
Reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense.
